Magnets Drawing Us Into The Future test 1-1

Self-driving automobiles are inevitable. Eventually we will have the technology and capability to allow our cars to take us where we want to go without much input from the passengers inside. Toyota Highlander Seat Belt Recall test 1-1

On March 3rd, Toyota Motor Sales USA issued a “stop delivery” order to dealers for its 2014 Toyota Highlander Crossovers. This means dealers were asked not to sell any of these vehicles until further notice. The cause of the request is the seat belt in the center of the third row, which apparently was not installed properly at the factory and may not be secured to the vehicle floor. It can come loose during a crash and send the occupant of this seat flying through or out of the vehicle, depending on the severity of the accident.

GM Could Be Looking For Loopholes test 1-1

Legalities baffle me sometimes. They seem to go against common sense, and those who resort to splitting hairs over what’s “legal” and what’s “right” annoy me to no end. GM is teetering on the edge of falling into this category.

Uhm... Rolls Royce to Develop Plug-in Hybrid test 1-1

If you can afford to buy a Rolls Royce, then you’re not going to be concerned about the gas mileage. You probably own an oil well, or a small country, and you need a suitable conveyance for your massive ego. Obviously, the traditional Rolls customer doesn’t want or need a plug-in hybrid. But government regulators are forcing them to make one…

Overwhelming Truck Grilles test 2

A quick look at any new truck will make is obvious that truck grilles are getting bigger and bigger every time manufacturers do a redesign. The same can’t be said about passenger cars, so you might be curious if this is a truck fab or if it actually serves some purpose. The answer can be found when you consider the purpose of a pickup truck.

Can You Spell OCD? test 1-1

Women like to coordinate. That’s why it takes us a little longer to get dressed than men. The blouse has to match the skirt has to match the belt has to match to shoes has to match the purse. It’s not easy to look as great as we do. Three car manufacturers are making it a little easier for women to make sure EVERYTHING matches.

5 Cars That Will Make You Look Like You Have Money, Even If You Don't test 1-1

As a car person, I try not to be shallow and superficial, but if I had to get a new car, I’d want it to look like I spent money on it. I think most people feel the same way. And like the average car buyer, I don’t have unlimited funds to buy a high-end car with all of the features that fit my lifestyle. So instead, I have to settle for a vehicle that fits my life, that I can also afford—but that doesn’t necessarily mean that people like me have to settle for something ordinary looking either... and here are five cars that prove that notion to be accurate.

Each of the following vehicles are under $15,000 and don’t look it.

Chrysler has just issued a voluntary recall notice for 6,800 2014 Ram Promaster vans. These are the same vehicles that were involved in another recall concerning the accelerator pedal, which had the potential to get stuck in the open throttle position. That recall affected 10,000 of the vehicles.
